Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective product such as a faulty vape, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date to arrange for a replacement or refund. We only accept returns for full carts that are defective; we do not accept returns for half-empty carts.

Opened Food Goods:

Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened food goods, such as gummies and chocolate, unless the product was expired or not as advertised.
